Norwood's Finance function plays a critical role in supporting the delivering of various cross-departmental strategies, effective management of the charity's resources and prompt reporting of accurate management information to various key stakeholders. Working within a large finance team, the post holder will be responsible for the provision of management information, financial Key Performance Indicators, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. You will be proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish an effective business partner relationship with our core services across the organisation (i.e. Learning Disability Services in London and Ravenswood, as well as, Children and Family Services).

To provide project support to the Business Development Manager, to include the following two priority projects:

Seeking a switched-on administrative ninja who can quickly slot into a growing fundraising team.

Develop and implement a cohesive operational plan to feed into the overarching philanthropy strategy to service and cultivate existing and potential donors giving £5-25kpa, and increase income year-on-year.

Provide full co-ordination and administrative support to the Corporate Event Manager on all Corporate events to help ensure delivery with excellent attention to detail. Current calendar of Corporate events include Property Lunch, YN Property Awards Dinner, Business Breakfast, Private Equity, Distressed Investing Dinner and any other new corporate events.

To Support the Principal Social Worker in the overall management of the front door. To work closely with the local community to ensure effective service delivery and to work with colleagues externally and internally to develop clear aims, objectives and goals in order to provide a range of programmes to meet the identified needs of users from local communities.
