Job Description

1. Provide full co-ordination and administrative support to the Corporate Event Manager on all Corporate events to help ensure delivery with excellent attention to detail. Current calendar of Corporate events include Property Lunch, YN Property Awards Dinner, Business Breakfast, Private Equity, Distressed Investing Dinner and any other new corporate events.

2. Support the Corporate Events Manager to plan, organise and execute the corporate events programme. Events include Property Lunch, YN Property Awards Dinner, Business Breakfast, Private Equity, Distressed Investing Dinner and any other new corporate events.

3. Tasks will include but not limited to preparation of all event resources such as pledge cards, name badges, managing ticket sales, table sales and brochure sales for events, maintaining accurate and up to date records on donors on Raisers Edge, and diarising, attending and preparing for all committee meetings.

4. To manage all event administration, including payment of suppliers, payments for tables, tickets, adverts, sponsorship and keeping the Corporate Event Manager regularly updated on outstanding income, costs and any payment issues.

5. To manage the day to day event planning for events with the support of the Corporate Event Manager.

6. Develop solid working relationships with event attendees, sponsors, table hosts and manage own relationships affectively.

7. To work with internal and external committees and stakeholders. Tasks will include the organisation of volunteers to help with administrative tasks, coordinating service visits where necessary and working with event chairs and committees for all events.

8. To be an integral part of the Fundraising team, attend all events, helping other co-ordinators within the events team during peak periods
