Job Description

1. Analysis and improvement of all income processing onto Raiser’s Edge, including process documentation and training where required.

2. Analysis and improvement of all Gift Aid-related processes, including the use of Scanstore (Blackbaud Gift Aid) to store declarations, upload to Raiser’s Edge of Scanstore reports and addressing issues flagged by reports. Develop documentation for all gift aid processing.

Who Norwood Supports



• 3+ years Raiser’s Edge experience.

• Excellent and demonstrable process documentation experience.

• Experience of process improvement.


• Experience of working in a Fundraising Team.




Educated to A Level or equivalent.


Knowledge & Skills


• Understanding of database structure relating to donors and gifts .

• Highly computer/IT literate including experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

• Accurate and attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal skills.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.




• Highly analytical, systematic, well organised and good at detail.

• Adaptable and flexible, whilst maintaining focus and achieving deadlines .

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
